Collection
Collection on registration. Once you register with Karoo Lamb Consortium, you will no longer be anonymous to us. This Personal Information will include your email address and unique password selected by you (“Registration Information”).
Collection on use of our Services. To provide the Services to you, you will be asked to provide us with additional information voluntarily such as:
a. your title and occupation;
b. your relationship to a company (for example shareholder, member, director, auditor, company secretary, incorporator);

d. practice number (if you are an auditor or attorney) or CIPC customer code (if you have one)
e. PI to process a credit card payment, including a billing address (“Service information”).
Collection from browser. We automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, such as your Internet Protocol address (“IP Address”), browsing habits, click patterns, version of software installed, system type, screen resolutions, colour capabilities, plug-ins, language settings, cookie preferences, search engine keywords, JavaScript enablement, the content and pages that you access on the website, and the dates and times that you visit the website, paths are taken, and time spent on sites and pages within the website (“Usage Information”).
Please note that other websites visited before entering our website might place Personal Information within your URL during a visit to it, and we have no control over such websites. Accordingly, a subsequent website that collects URL information may log some Personal Information.

b. An Affiliate, in which case we will seek to require the Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.
c. Our service providers under contract who help with parts of our business operations (payment processing and fraud
prevention, marketing, website development and maintenance and other technology services). Our contracts dictate that
these service providers only use your PI in connection with the services they perform for us and not for their benefit;
d. CIPC to process the Services we provide to you;
e. Credit bureaus to verify your identity on registration as provided for in our Terms of Service or as permitted by law;
f. Third-party databases only to verify your identity on registration as provided for in our Terms of Service.
No selling. Karoo Lamb Consortium will not sell your Personal Information. We will not disclose Personal Information to anyone except as provided for in this Privacy Policy.
Marketing purposes. We may disclose aggregate statistics (information about the customer population in general terms) about the PI to advertisers or business partners.
