Hendrik de Bruin farms with Dorper and Witkop dorpers. He grew up on the farm, have been working with sheep and helped load it on the train for marketing. He previously worked at Carnarvon Abattoir. Then he bought some sheep and started farming. He also do wire work for himself and several farmers in the area.
The Karoo lamb he delivers has tender meat because they eat Karoo bushes. The Karoo scrub doesn’t make the sheep sick, it's a healthy herb. He takes out unwanted bushes in the field, and look after his surroundings. He restored the fences so that the sheep can’t crawl through and neat fences keep sheep safe from predators.
He selects his own sheep and look forward to market the tasty Karoo lamb and get positive feedback.
